We have worked over the past few years to design food systems in both urban and rural Mexico. Our work has focused in El Huizechal, a small town of the indigenous Pame people of central Mexico. Our work in Mexico included a six week stint in the villages both learning and teaching concepts of permaculture and indigenous sustainable design.
